Against all odds, Juliana da Costa Vieira Leila Lopes, 25, Angolan model, was crowned Miss Universe 2011 at the Credicard Hall in São Paulo, Brazil.
This ebony beauty with 1.79m in height, became the first African country's representative to take the title and took the applause of the Brazilian public, which always showed strong support for Angola.
The new Miss Universe is a professional model and studied Business Administration in London.
